Hello Lotus Wellness is a boutique Australian wellness company offering thoughtfully curated retreats and gatherings for women in inspiring locations including Bali - Australia - Malaysia.

Founded by Aly Trezise, Hello Lotus was created from a simple intention — to bring women together in beautiful, nurturing spaces where they can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and share meaningful conversations with others on a similar path.

The retreats are intentionally small and carefully curated, allowing space for genuine connection, personal reflection, and shared inspiration. Experiences blend yoga, meditation, creative reflection, nourishing food, healing, time in nature, and thoughtful dialogue, creating an environment where women can step away from the demands of everyday life and return home feeling renewed and inspired.

Signature retreats include The Queen Within Women’s Collective, an immersive experience that brings women together to explore wellbeing, leadership, and personal transformation while forming part of the global Hello Lotus Membership circle, offering ongoing connection beyond the retreat.

Hello Lotus also hosts Art & Wellness Retreats, and Artists in Residencies in Bali designed for artists and creative women who wish to immerse themselves deeply in their craft while reconnecting with their inner creative voice in a supportive and inspiring environment.
